The company was founded by Cole and Jett, two friends who met at Hawaiʻi Pacific University and saw a need for dependable, high-quality exterior cleaning on the island. What started as an idea grew into a hands-on local business built through hard work, word of mouth, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Charles later joined as a partner, bringing experience in marketing, customer relationships, and social media. Today, Cole, Jett, and Charles each bring different strengths to the company while sharing the same standards: show up on time, communicate honestly, do dependable work, and treat every property with care.
